Hologic Sahara Bone Sonometer
The Sahara is an ultrasound modality for bone assessment that is simple, convenient and practical for the office-based physician and for screening events. It is safe, radiation-free and provides precise quantitative assessment of skeletal status, useful in identifying patients at risk of developing osteoporosis.
You can add bone-testing capabilities to your private practice, clinic or health screening event with the portable, easy-to-use Sahara Clinical Bone Sonometer. In less than a minute, you can estimate a patient's bone mineral density, based on an ultrasound measurement of the calcaneus (heel bone), the preferred peripheral site proven in numerous studies to predict fracture risk.
LifeHealth DermAnalysis
Using advanced black light technologies, the DermAnalysis will fluoresce in a unique way that highlights the very different types of skin found on everyone's face. It has a one-way magnifying mirror that allows the health care professional to scan the individual’s skin, while at the same time allowing the individual to see the reflection in the magnifying mirror. The DermAnalysis is an easy to use tool to show sun damage and dehydration. It provides a unique teaching opportunity for good skin health and prevention of sun damage.
Spirometry
Spirometry is the most basic and frequently performed test of pulmonary (lung) function by measuring how much air the lungs can hold and how well the respiratory system is able to move air into and out of the lungs. The unit is shipped with the disposable mouthpieces used for each screening. It is compact and portable.
To perform the test, a person inhales deeply, closes the mouth tightly around the tube connected to the spirometry machine and then exhales through the disposable mouthpiece while measurements are taken. The volume of air inhaled or exhaled, and the length of time each breath takes are recorded and analyzed. The test takes a few minutes and the results are immediately available. It is a great opportunity to counsel on the need to avoid smoke even second hand smoke and pollutants.
Resting Metabolic Rate 
LifeHealth uses the MedGem indirect calorimeter, which is a FDA 510K-cleared Class II medical device that accurately measures oxygen consumption (VO2) to determine resting metabolic rate (RMR)*. The measurement is easy to administer and provides accurate results in only a few minutes. The easy to use device allows for personalization and accurate development of individual nutrition and weight management goals. The person testing must be fasting, not exercising the day of the test and not using nicotine. After the test, a health professional explains the results and how the information can be used to monitor caloric intake and exercise.
Cholestech LDX system 
Cholestech LDX system offers a quick, accurate way to obtain lipid profiles from one sample, on a single test cassette. You can choose from total cholesterol, total and HDL cholesterol, and full lipid profile. Total cholesterol, total and HDL cholesterol and full lipid profile cassettes are available with or without glucose. The equipment is small, reliable and portable and comes with a printer. The results are lab-accurate quality and meets all relevant National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP) guidelines They are certified accurate by the CDC's Cholesterol reference Method Laboratory Network (CRMLN) for total and HDL cholesterol.
