You demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in the industry.

• You are responsible for practicing in the scope of license.
• You carry your own professional insurance.
• You stay current on relevant screening topics.
• You conform to the LifeHealth dress standards:  black slacks, white shirt or blouse and the LifeHealth apron.  

You maintain your professional education.

• You attend the training LifeHealth provides for screenings and/or you review the contractor website information prior to starting work.
• Your CPR training is current if you are giving flu shots.
• You keep all your other skills and knowledge up to date.

You are organized.

• You come to each event prepared, with all appropriate equipment, supplies and educational materials.
• You arrive early enough to set up and be ready to go before the start time.  You stay for the duration of the event.
• You go above and beyond.  No matter what the situation is when you arrive at an event, you do your utmost to assure that the client has an excellent experience.

You provide exceptional customer service.

• You make each person feel that she or she has been listened to and provided with the very best information.
• You know that the privacy of our clients is critical.  You do everything possible to respect that by not sharing screening information between people being screened.
• You listen carefully to both the employer and the employees and respond appropriately.
